What Is the Winbox Extra Bonus?
The Winbox Extra Bonus is a turnover-based rewards programme that lets eligible players unlock bonus rewards as they play supported games.
Winbox Extra Bonus is a separate rewards feature linked to eligible Winbox Malaysia platforms. As you place qualifying bets, your total turnover increases. Different turnover milestones may unlock different reward levels. You can monitor your progress through the all-in-one Winbox app and claim an available reward once the required milestone has been reached.
How Does the Extra Bonus Work?
The process is simple.
1. Register and Log In
Create or log in to your eligible account and open the Extra Bonus app.
2. Top Up and Play Eligible Games
Play supported Winbox games as usual. Qualifying betting activity will contribute towards your turnover total.
3. Reach a Turnover Milestone
Your progress increases as qualifying bets are recorded. Once your turnover reaches an available milestone, the corresponding Extra Bonus reward becomes eligible for claiming.
4. Claim Your Reward
Open the Extra Bonus app and select Claim when a reward becomes available. Once successfully claimed, the reward will be credited according to the applicable promotion rules.
Why Is My Extra Bonus Not Available Yet?
There are several possible reasons.
You Have Not Reached the Required Turnover
Your qualifying betting activity must reach the applicable milestone before the reward becomes available.
Your Activity Has Not Been Updated Yet
There may be a processing period before recent gameplay appears in the Extra Bonus app.
Some Activity May Not Qualify
